INDIAN CULTURE AND GUARDING OF INDIAN TRADITIONS

In the present environment, the Caste and Religion are playing their cruel role thus hampering the development of humankind and national peace. This has to go. Steps are essential to say good-bye to this culture by removing the clauses of essentiality of mentioning of caste and religion in the application forms. One has to get admission either in Educational Institutions or in Jobs only based on financial strength. In Education, necessary lessons are to introduce for removing religious disparities. We have to make effort to develop a Society free of religion and caste. Government and Social Organistions are to come forward for inter caste marriages with full heart to develop a society on these lines.

This is the concept of defining RELIGION as ONENESS and CASTE AS HUMANS.

It is evident that Education imparts all-round enlightenment. Children are to get their education through Government education system. Free education to be provided to all irrespective of financial background, social background and other family backgrounds up to 10th Class. Parents should make effort to get education to their children over coming discriminations and have to fight to remove all disparities in education system.

Every Child has to get Education. They have to develop their minds through education. Poor are not to be burdened with expenditure on education. All Parties have to come forward with an agenda to develop a system of “Equal Education to all.” To impart a good education each Class is to have a Teacher. Students have to develop a confidence that Education is a source of Better Prospects and better future. It is necessary that every Government Teacher have a duty to join his child in Government Schools for their education. In addition, following aspects also need focus to bring out changes in education system.

           
Not only above, to have a better education system, the Schools have to own Buildings with all equipment. Schools are to have sufficient teacher strength with facilities. A special Focus is necessary to see that backward pupil get care, special attention in imparting education to them. For the eligible and enthusiastic, they need to have education for any level and provide necessary encouragement.

It is pathetic to see that Judiciary system is loosing its grip in giving justice to the needy who was a victim of injustice. It must not be influenced by Government and should give its verdict, which is unbiased and has natural justice. Judiciary is an independent body governed by Laws that give justice to the needy. Judiciary has to create confidence in People to honour the verdict given by the courts. Special Courts are to come up to take up cases of corruption and stringent & firm actions are to come up for effective and speedy disposal of them. Special rules and laws introduced to see that their assets auctioned and Government uses realizations for the welfare of People.

Independent INDIA is about 62 years old. However, we are lagging behind in providing minimal security to women and common people. There is a necessity to revamp, strengthen and re culture Police System. The Law and Order System in Cities and towns are deteriorating day by day. Traffic problem is compounding day by day. There is a necessity to secure precious time of people.  To curtail these and to strengthen the police system it is necessary to reorganize this. Police are to training with latest techniques in using of arms and Law position and are given modern weapons. Police system must be free from the influences of political system. Police have to discard rude behaviour on the criminals with out any cause. The system of justice discrimination for rich and poor must go.

In the present world, Corruption has taken ugly shape and is spoiling even the society. This is to curb forthwith. Unfortunately, measures are, enforced after recurrences and when it is on rise. These measures are necessary to prevent to nib it even before it recur on a permanent basis. In cases of amassing of assets over income, it is not correct to amend the law for deferring booking of cases based on allegations. In fact, this will become a hurdle for ACB when in action.

The department of ACB is to become an independent and with sufficient staff strength. Parents are the guiders for corruption free society to develop. To demolish the devil of corruption a spiritual transformation is necessary from the child hood. Therefore, to achieve this there is a need to enforce a Law of Prohibition in the country on top priority.

The education for women, mainly intended, to safe guard our traditions and culture. Theirs’ is the main force in orienting their children about our culture and traditions besides becoming a good teacher to their children.

However, because of job culture, women deprived of devoting time for their children and making them as good citizens. As a result, women are also facing many problems in their daily lives.

The field of Politics is not unique or special. One has to come and go. There is a need to re organize the present custom of sticking to the positions and fostering family hierarchy. Retirement system is to come. Citizens crossing the age of 60 should not aspire for seats. Education must become mandate for prospering candidate in election. They are to under go test on general awareness, about peoples living conditions and on their commitment to the people and in safeguarding the interests of nation.  This training may help Prospective candidate educate himself about behaviour in the House. He will also gain Knowledge of legislature, zero hour knowledge and question hour time.  Thus, precious time is not wasted, money is not wasted and as a result, legislative houses run smoothly.

Steps for ruling out reservation on Caste system is an immediate need. At the time of Admission in schools and colleges, submission of caste certificate is to go. Seats are decided and given only based on income status. In Schools, appropriate lessons are to introduce for removing admissions based on religion. We have to build a society that has no place for religion and caste. Seats based on merit are given and government has to extend its help to the award seats accordingly. Students are protected giving due recognition to their income background. Their fundamental rights are taken care. The mania of reservation struggle has to go.

Land Ceiling is to view form a new angle. In addition to imposing land ceiling, there is a need to develop a system of imposing ceilings on fixed Properties, buildings and other residential lands. A ceiling on Bank Balances is also to come. Thus, we must try to march forward on socialistic principles.

Taxation Policy in India is on multiple Point systems. For ordinary person it is difficult to understand. Multiple tax system making the consumer market dearer. This needs simplification and a Single level taxation Policy to come. It is on slab system and is levied before it reaches consumer that is at source only. Thus, multiple point tax-free market is to come. It is unfortunate to note lot of money is kept in foreign banks, which are unaccounted and unnoticed. The Government has to take measures to see that banking policy is amended so that our money does not go to the foreign countries. Taping of un- accounted money helps in increasing our economy. The State Governments are to defer the idea of thriving through collection of excise duty on liquor trade considering it as a main channel for boosting its revenue.

Our country mainly depends on Agriculture. Agriculture mainly depends on usage of Electricity. Though it is more than 50 years while entire country is marching, forward this sector is lagging behind and even to date number of villages are not having electricity. Agriculturists are deprived of current necessary for them. Therefore, production of Electricity to meet the needs of all is the necessity of the present day. In addition to Thermal power Hydral power and solar power unite are to come up. India has perennial rivers. Most water is going in to the Sea and wasted.  Modernization to tap these waters for developing Hydral power is necessary. Solar Power generation need top priority. Government is to encourage its generation as village industry supplying necessary infrastructure for its development by granting subsidy in its erection and generation.

Government is propagating that globalisation plays greater role in bettering the prospects and condition of Factory workers. Unfortunately, the reforms have shown their destructive symptoms in the initial stages itself. To bring fundamental reforms in living standards it is necessary to bring up speedy and standard development in the living standards of people through employment and creating avenues for their earning. This is possible through productive employment.

Pujya Pita Gandhiji had a vision that there is an all-round development and every village is developed with the aid received as per our constitution. Towards this direction, that every part of the country gets its due share of funds based on rational distribution. We have to honour our earlier agreements and implement them in true spirit. A system is to develop to see that optimum use of internal resources is planned with out looking for aids, which may hamper development as the country’s budgets are dissolved in their repayment. Financial reforms are to be aimed to bring a study and speedy development. Thus, we have to aim in raising income level and productive employment.

With out discrimination all parts of the country are treated equally for development. There is a necessity that amendments are incorporated in constitution to see to remove disparities in the development of different areas. In appropriating funds, regional development achieved in that particular area is kept in mind. Special attention is necessary for the development of Agency areas in particular. Every area is to have its share equally and see that they enjoy the fruits of development.

To remove the epidemic of Corruption, first it is necessary to appoint Special Courts. Initiate immediate steps for appropriate action. Unearth hidden money's from the corrupt. Confiscated fund must be used for public welfare measures.

To come out of present problems we have to get inspiration from the Gandhi Margam. This is the present day reality. It is certain that we can see a peaceful world if we could assimilate Gandhiji’s principles and March forward in that direction.

Gandhiji asserted, “Contentment is the real wealth”.

Swami Vivekananda said:
We are responsible for what we are, and whatever we wish ourselves to be, we have the power to make ourselves. If what we are now has been the result of our own past actions, it certainly follows that whatever we wish to be in future can be produced by our present actions; so we have to know how to act.

If we really take, it into our mind there will not be any revolutions, violence and thus leads to peace.

Identity is important for everyone, especially for the poor

The main purpose is to avert the need for multiple proofs of identity for citizens while availing any government service, or for private needs like opening bank accounts or seeking telephone connections. The poor rely on a jumble of electricity bills, ration cards, voting cards, and letters from local officials — none of which is foolproof.

That has made it harder for them to get jobs, open bank accounts and establish property rights, stymieing their ability to participate in, and in turn fuel, India's growth

It also expected to enhance national security by helping to identify illegal aliens. This made to provide a single Identity Number & Card to each of the country.
